The deadline identified as the last day to drop with a “W” is the last day for students to use MyWestHills to drop classes with an excused withdrawal “EW”. Once the regular withdrawal deadlines have passed, you will need to make the request to withdraw with refund and an excused withdrawal “EW” by submitting the excused withdrawal petition to Admissions and Records at admissionslemoore@whccd.edu

Requests must be received prior to the end of the Spring 2020 semester: May 22, 2020.
