If you've forgotten your password, but you have a two-factor method set on your account, you can reset your own password by visiting the Microsoft Online Password Reset page.

If you don't know your password and you don't have a two-factor method configured, or you've lost access to your two-factor method, you will need to contact the college to gain access to your account:
Coalinga College Students - Visit Coalinga College Student Services in person or call (559) 934-2000 Firebaugh Center Students - Visit Firebaugh Center Student Services in person or call (559) 934-2980 Lemoore College Students - Visit Lemoore College Student Services in person or call (559) 925-3000 Staff Members - Visit the Human Resources Department in person or call HR at (559) 934-2155. If you are available in-person on one of the campuses, you can have a fellow staff member put in a help desk ticket on your behalf you and an ITS staff member can help you in-person. Student Services cannot reset staff member passwords. |
At the Microsoft Online Password Reset page, enter your WHCCD email address and complete the Captcha
Follow the instructions. They will vary depending on which methods you have configured.
Enter your new password. Note that the minimum password length is 16 characters.

After setting your new password, you will see a confirmation.
