Use this guide when you know your existing password but would like to change it to something else.

• Visit the My Account page and log in.
• If you are on a WHCCD owned device, it should log you in automatically, otherwise, log in using your WHCCD email and password:

On the My Account page, under Password, click on "CHANGE PASSWORD"

Type in what you want for your password twice and click Submit.

Note that the text saying, "Your password must be longer than 7 characters.", is misleading. Our password policy requires a password that is at least 16 characters.

If the password meets the requirements, you should see a success message like this:
