Self-Registration
- Use the Lemoore College Dual Enrollment Portal (https://lemoorecollege.dualenroll.com/) to self-register after open registration begins for any available term, contingent upon the following:
- Meeting all course prerequisites (where applicable)
- Obtaining parent/guardian consent
- Obtaining high school counselor or administrator consent
- Faculty authorization is not required for self-registration if completed before the course start date.
Waitlist
- Request to be placed on the waitlist for a selected course through Lemoore College Dual Enrollment Portal, or choose an alternate section that fits your schedule.
- Check the college student email regularly while on the waitlist. If a seat becomes available before the course begins, an email notification will be sent. A five-day window is provided to claim the seat.
- To claim a seat, email admissionslemoore@whccd.edu from the college student email account. Include the college ID number and full course information (e.g., ART-042-L01) with a request to be added to the course.
Add Authorization
- If attempting to register for a course that has already started, faculty add authorization is required. Email the instructor using the college student email account, including the college ID number and full course information (e.g., ART-042-L01).
- Once add authorization is received, forward the email to admissionslemoore@whccd.edu, including the college ID number, course name and section, and request to be added to the course.
- Note: It may take up to 24 hours for the course to be available in Canvas.
Dropping a Course
- Courses may be dropped through DualEnroll.com.
-
Log in to DualEnroll.com. An option to drop or withdraw (resulting in a "W" on the transcript) will appear next to the selected course. Review the course syllabus for specific drop and withdraw deadlines. For additional information, contact lemooredualenrollment@whccd.edu.
Note: All students are subject to drop deadlines, which may impact the academic transcript.
